You’re going to love staying at our home away from home! Our charming and cozy 1920's craftsman has all the modern amenities (including the beloved Central AC & Heat) to help make your stay in Trinidad a memorable one. If it's taking a siesta in one of the comfy beds, running a bath and soaking in the tub, or cooking up your best dish in the kitchen, we are confident our space will deliver the experience you are seeking! Working remotely? No problem. Set up your laptop, connect to the WiFi, and get down to business. Just consider cutting out a little early for a hike at Fishers Peak (Colorado's 42nd State Park) or spinning your gravel bike tires on one of the many county roads in the area. Heck...You may even see a pro gravel rider or two out on the bike as they prepare for Trinidad's "The Rad", one of seven races that make up the Lifetime Grand Prix Series. Is there a space to safely park my bike(s)? Absolutely...We have a bike rack ready for you in our Utility/Laundry room! Want to ride but no bike! Head over to Trinidad’s local bike shop “Trantula Cycles” where Joe and Dave have some sweet rental options. Lastly...If your time on the road has resulted in a few dirty clothes, never fear. Take advantage of washing a load or two in our full size washer and dryer. You and your travel partners will be glad that you did!

Wonderful home!!! Very clean, welcoming, & decorated so cute. Beds were comfortable & the bathtub was great for soaking:) Lots of extra touches throughout the home. Front porch was great for reading. Very comfortable and spotless!

Very clean and the fenced in yard for fur babies is so nice. Not a lot of grass but our Zoey enjoyed being able to play fetch after a long day in the pickup.

We can't say enough about this perfectly appointed, charming home. That is your initial impression when you walk into the enclosed porch and throughout the home. Every detail has been given thoughtful, tasteful consideration from the art work accents to the bedding and a welcome coffee bar and wonderful laundry room which was a great area for us to contain our dogs in. Loved having a full fenced yard for them to use after a very long drive in the car. You'll love your time in this home and in Trinidad! Jack and Cindy Waldrip

We enjoyed our stay, the house was nice and large and had a lovely front patio room for having coffee in the morning. It's fairly close to Main street in Trinidad, only about a 10 minute walk. I appreciated the fenced in front and back yard for our two small pups. Overall, very comfortable and clean.

this was such a wonderful place to stay, the home is incredibly charming. we were all able to unwind after a long day on the road. we loved the enclosed porch with its own heater. Zach recommended a lovely pizza place in town also.

Zach’s place was fabulous. He’s restored the property beautifully, with lots of original features but with all the comfort of a modern home. The location was superb for walking into town and easy access to the excellent mountain bike trails. The house had a perfect storage location for your bikes which was a great addition. The fenced yard was ideal for our fur children, whom Zach made very welcome. I would highly recommend Zach’s place to enjoy Trinidad and the nearby area.

Great spot, great communication from host, great back yard for pup, good neighborhood to walk pup. Good 1/2 way point from Denver to Santa Fa if you like to take it slow and easy!

Pros: pet friendly, great location, easy walkable neighborhood, fenced yard. They did a great job anticipating guest needs. Fully equipped kitchen, blow dryers, coffee bar, towels for pets feet, dog poop bags, laundry detergent, spices, etc… Claw foot tub! Cons: none that I noticed 10/10 stay!

This was our first visit to Trinidad, and we were so excited to find this amazing cottage, it was just right for our family of four, plus our dog. The fully fenced in yard was wonderful. We loved everything about it, and it was nice that it was an easy walk or drive to restaurants and downtown. It was super quiet. Beautiful home!!!
